It's cold, wet and rainy, so of course that means it's time to take up cycling! After having about 27 opportunities this summer to go with Robb and gang, instead I decided to kick the season off with a wet and lonely ride in December.
Basics: 1 hour, to Newcastle and back. No companions, although I noticed that all the other crazy people either riding or running seemed to be strangely happy. Hmmm. Reward was seeing my baby at the turnaround point.

Next on the list is snowboarding. I've never been, but I'm signed up for lessons with Caelin in January.
